Heather Carey Veterinary Assistant

Heather brings over a decade of experience as a Sport Horse Veterinary Technician, having worked with two of the top sport horse practices on the East Coast. Originally from Massachusetts, her passion for horses began early and has shaped her entire career.

She specializes in lameness evaluations and has worked alongside leading equine veterinarians both at top-tier horse shows and on the winter circuits in Florida. Her calm presence and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable partner to our veterinarians and clients alike.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys time on the water, being with her boyfriend, and hanging out with her French bulldog, Frank.
