Dr. Sarah Graboys grew up in the Boston area and has been serving the North Shore equine community since 2005. Her clinical focus is Sports Medicine, preventive medicine and rehabilitation. Sarah attended Wesleyan University and the New York University Post-Baccalaureate program before earning her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005, where she received Excellence awards in both Equine Medicine (ACVIM) and Equine Surgery (ACVS).
Before graduating veterinary school, Sarah spent three summers in the Equine Sports Medicine Department at New Bolton Center, giving her a strong grounding in the field from early on. She then completed a rotating internship at Mid-Atlantic Equine Center in Ringoes, NJ. Sarah also incorporates acupuncture into her performance practice, and has completed both basic and advanced coursework at the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida.
Sarah lives on the North Shore with husband Tom, three sons Walker, Turner, and Porter and dogs Griffin and Frankie. A lifelong competitive and endurance athlete, Sarah brings that firsthand experience with performance and recovery directly to her patients.
